By accessing or using CartMC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our website rules, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
You agree to follow all CartMC site rules and behave respectfully within our community across all platforms: our website, Discord server, and Minecraft server.
Violations of site rules may result in penalties, including:
Warnings
Temporary or permanent forum mutes
Temporary or permanent bans from any or all CartMC platforms
The severity of the action depends on the nature of the offense. Alternative accounts ("alts") are strictly prohibited if your main account is banned. This applies across all CartMC platforms.
The CartMC administration team reserves the right to:
Terminate your account at any time
Delete any content you have posted
Record your IP address and any data you provide to assist with moderation, spam prevention, and community safety
We may update these Terms of Service and any site rules at any time without prior notice. While we may attempt to notify users of major changes, it is your responsibility to review the Terms and Rules periodically.
Our store offers digital products such as permanent ranks, subscription ranks, and key packs. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following:
Permanent Ranks are permanent and will be applied to your Minecraft account, Discord profile, and CartMC website account once properly linked. Learn how to link your accounts here: [link coming soon].
Subscription Ranks are temporary and are refundable if you meet the conditions outlined in our refund policy (see Section 5).
Key Packs provide specific digital rewards or in-game items and are also refundable under certain conditions.
Ranks and products are non-transferable. You cannot move items or ranks to other accounts, even in the event of a ban.
If you are permanently banned, you will not be eligible to move purchased content to another account. CartMC is not responsible for failed appeal attempts.
Alternative accounts are not allowed during a ban, and using them to bypass restrictions is a violation of our Terms across all platforms.
Refunds may be requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided one of the following applies:
You accidentally added an item to your cart and completed the purchase
You entered an incorrect Minecraft username or linked the wrong account
The purchased product was permanently removed from all CartMC platforms and not replaced

Refund eligibility:
Permanent Ranks – Not refundable or tradeable
Subscription Ranks – Refundable if within 48 hours and meets criteria
Key Packs – Refundable if within 48 hours and meets criteria
Refund requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
CartMC reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue store products at any time, provided the value remains consistent with the original price and features.
Use of bots or automated scripts is strictly forbidden.
You may not create alternative or random accounts to abuse our platform. Doing so will result in a permanent ban of all associated accounts, including your main account.
